Alysha is quiet and conscientious young woman who is not afraid
of challenges and her hard work ethic has seen her achieve well at
school. Passing NCEA Level 1 with a Merit endorsement was an
"eye-opener" wrote Alysha in her application for a First Foundation
Scholarship. "It made me realise that I have the determination and
intelligence to reach my goals," she continued. "Her passion to
succeed, diligence and perseverance eliminate failure as an
option," said her Yr 12 Dean at Naenae College.
Throughout secondary school Alysha has balanced a range of
diverse subjects, a nannying job and commitments at her local
Church. In all she does she remains focused on her goal of pursuing
further study at university.
With the aim of studying Law at Victoria University, this
pro-active student has already taken an active interest in
researching and understanding the different facets of Law practice
in preparation for future studies.
