Bell Gully is proud to call Michelle their First Foundation Scholar. At the 2007 Awards evening Samantha Gadd, Senior Human Resources Advisor at Bell Gully said "we think Michelle has potential to be a great positive influence in the community." Michelle has made the most of Bell Gully's support by engaging fully in the work experience and opportunities they have given her.

An exceptionally positive role model to her peers, Michelle aims to become a leader within her community and she sees the move from secondary into tertiary level education as a step in that direction. 

Michelle graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in 2012 with a BCA in Human Resources/Industrial Relations and Management.

In 2013 Michelle worked at AJ Park as a Case and Data Assistant and mentored Pacific Island students at Homework Centres and BGI Challenge for Change.

Michelle then worked as  Corporate Floor Manager at Bell Gully, managing events and seminars along with their database and completed her Graduate Diploma in Commerce, majoring in International Business and Marketing and in 2016 started a Masters in Public Health.

She is currently travelling and teaching in China.
