In a young person’s life, there can be so much challenge in a few brief years. Sabrita-Grace lost her mother 11 years ago and her father is confined to a wheelchair and unable to work. These trying circumstances have only created a resolve within her to make her family proud. Of Samoan descent, she is a young Pasifika woman determined to graduate from university with a degree that would enable her to enter the world of engineering.
Grace has worked hard at Auckland Girls Grammar School and has become a leader in many extra-curricular activities. Her involvement at the New Lynn Samoan AOG has also shaped the person she is becoming.
